After decades inside OEM warranty divisions — writing policy, training field teams, conducting audits, and managing claims at the corporate level — our founders saw the same problem repeated across every dealer network they worked with: dealerships were leaving significant warranty revenue on the table, not through negligence, but because they simply didn't have access to the institutional knowledge that lived inside the OEM.

That knowledge gap is what OEM Advantage was built to close. We took everything we learned on the inside and put it to work exclusively for dealers — the people who actually do the work and deserve to be paid fairly for it.
